All on four is an implant treatment. As with the all on six technique, the all on four treatment initially places 4 implants in patients with tooth loss. The all on four treatment uses titanium screws that are placed in standard implants. Before the procedure, the patient’s mouth is x-rayed and the positions where the implants will be placed are determined. After inserting the titanium screws, the process is completed by placing temporary dentures. It is expected that the fixed screws will fuse with the jaw for 3 months. After 3 months, the temporary prostheses are replaced with fixed prostheses and the treatment process is completed.
